“Was a great service, good frames and good customer support although there was so much plastic in the packaging. I guess for a good reason due to frames breaking but I think I will shop local next time.”

“Well made frame, regular email updates throughout the production service, looks smashing up. Like the amount of options available when choosing the frame too, lots of colours and thicknesses. Will definitely order from this company again when I need a custom sized frame. Thank you!”

“The quality of the frames was incredible and the company kept us informed throughout the whole process. What lacked in time (the whole process takes around 3 weeks) more than makes up with the price and quality of craftsmanship - cheapest made to order frames we could find on google”

“Took quite a while to arrive but I am very happy with the quality of it, the perspex is thicker than in frames I have bought from other sites and this was the only site where I could find a gold mount overall it was good value.”

“All good, I would have given 5 stars but the glass is very reflective, especially when the lights are on. I probably missed the selection on glass i.e non-reflective. if a non- reflective glass could be sent out I would love to hear from you.”

“I ordered two frames, which took about two weeks and were very well packaged. It would have been useful if the DHL notification of delivery had included who was sending the parcel (I have a lot of orders coming to my work address). On the whole I'm very pleased but I have queried why the inner edge of the larger frame is not gold like the rest (photo attached). I wasn't aware that it would be like this and I'm waiting to hear back.”

“Initial Comms were a bit slow (but it's the holidays) then progressed quicker once order sent to manufacture... then completed in a day and despatched for delivery next day. So can't fault that. Product exactly as hoped. Very well packaged and delivered as stated. Pleased with the result. Will recommend to friends and use again.”

“Good quality product, well packaged and good communication about the progress of order. I've deducted one star because delivery depends on DHL, who delivered to the wrong address and claimed I had signed for it; when in fact no one had.”

“Excellent prompt service and a well made product. The frame was for a mounted painting and was a tight snug fit so next time I think I need to order a slightly deeper frame to allow for the mount. Arrived within 10 days of ordering & was very well packaged. I was kept fully informed by email throughout the process. Would definitely use this firm again”

“Excellent! I hadn’t used an online framing company prior to this so was very unsure if I’d measured everything correctly. The frame was delivered on time and size of the frame and mount was perfect. Unfortunately the colour of the mount isn’t quite what I expected, so I guess that is the downside of ordering online.”

“Quite pleased with my purchase. Website easy to use for ordering. Frame production took longer than promised before ordering but met the timescale promised on the order acknowledgement. Goods packaged well and delivered promptly. Unfortunately there was a defect in the first delivery with a dent in the frame that should have been picked up in quality control during production. Picframes readily agreed to make a replacement, which arrived very promptly. I would use Picframes again because the product is good value despite the issues experienced.”
