“Generally a very good service which I have used on many occasions. The latest batch of frames was excellent, but slightly damaged in transit, with the corners of one frame dented. The new packing techniques which they use are not as robust as the old ones. So I would say good for smaller frames, but I have my doubts about whether their packaging is suitable for bigger frames (the second delivery I have had with damage)”

“I found the customer service fantastic. I needed the order quicker and they obliged immediately. It was all really straightforward. The frames themselves I found to be of good but not great quality. The ‘glass’ scratched very easily and the black metal pieces that hold the back in place seem to come loose/off easily. Two of them fell out while we were putting it all together. So overall the customer service is great, but the products need some work to be good value for money.”

“Very pleased with the new frame, etc. Disappointed that the acrylic could not be supplied as resistant to ultra violet light. Also surprised that the brown tape was only 25 mm wide instead of the normal 50 mm wide”

“From order to receipt was very protracted. Once dispatched the frames arrived well packaged. One of the frames was badly finished with the metal corner joiners left proud of the wood on two corners. Not readily evident the resulting cut to my finger quickly drew my attention to this issue. If I had not possessed my own tools allowing me to correct this issue I would have had no other option other than to return the frame.”
