I found the customer service fantastic. I needed the order quicker and they obliged immediately. It was all really straightforward. The frames themselves I found to be of good but not great quality. The ‘glass’ scratched very easily and the black metal pieces that hold the back in place seem to come loose/off easily. Two of them fell out while we were putting it all together.
So overall the customer service is great, but the products need some work to be good value for money.
