“Lovely oak frame at a good price, really well made. I was kept up to date on progress however it would have been 5 stars except for a bit of a delay. Having chosen a frame moulding that appeared to be in stock I subsequently waited 2 weeks before despatch. That said I would happily order again.”

“I was delighted with the frames...perfect for my needs. There was a problem with scratched glass but the company sent replacements by next day delivery so both pictures went off to exhibition on time. Thank-you.”

“Great frames and excellent communication during the production process. The frames were really well packaged but slight damage on 2 corners in transit. I don’t think any criticism can be levelled at Picframes for this as the frames were very well packed.”

“The frame is exactly as I ordered, and just right for my grand daughters painting. The wait was a bit longer than I expected - over 2 weeks - but I was informed at each stage of the production process so knew it was on it's way!”

“The frames are good quality, but the inner mounts are not super straight (I'd have thought it is done by machine?) so there was a bit of fiddling around to get the two mounts lined up neatly. Production took very long.”

“The frame is good quality for the price. I had to tape the mounts to get them to line up evenly in the frame but overall I am happy with the results and very much like using the plastic alternative to glass making it lighter and easier to hang.”
