Initial Comms were a bit slow (but it's the holidays) then progressed quicker once order sent to manufacture... then completed in a day and despatched for delivery next day. So can't fault that. Product exactly as hoped. Very well packaged and delivered as stated. Pleased with the result. Will recommend to friends and use again.
