The frame and matting came in good time and looks good with the framed item. I removed a star since one of the edges on the matting was cut a bit jagged and was fraying, I trimmed it myself. Also the ordering process was slightly difficult because when you upload a photo of your art the preview gets messed up. I chatted with customer service and they just said it happens. At least there was someone to ask and I'm happy with the end product. I didn't find any other suppliers who offered the same.
