Frame is well made and just what we needed. The only criticism is that the high shipping cost is only applied at the end. This could be better advertised earlier in the process. It made me wonder whether other, seemingly more expensive sites were equal or better value for money? By the time I had put all the measurements in I didn’t want to start again on another site, but will definitely do more research if I have to order a bespoke frame again.
