The response from placing the order to delivery was very good and the service overall was efficient. The 3 frames I ordered were packaged well and arrived in tact. However, I found the finish on the frames not as good as I had expected. One of the perspex inserts just about fit the frame once the picture was in it, and another one had not had good quality control as the edging that presumably is cut at the time of fitting had only been cut halfway along one side and it was impossible to cut it myself. The only way I could get the cover inside the frame was to force it in. The frames are not cheap and I had hoped for a better finish on the elements of it. I can't fault the service however
