Excellent quality, and my picture fits perfectly. It looks fabulous, and the person I gave it to as a present was very happy with it.
It arrived the day I needed it, so that was a bit touch and go - hence the 4 star review.
Quality is 5* and I would definitely recommend Picframes, just make sure you place the order earlier rather than later. That being said, under the current circumstances (and that it's made to order) it really is a fantastic service. They give regular updates at every stage of the process, which is really reassuring.
