Good quality product and looks great in our home. Clarity over lead times was poor - lots of articulation and emails that COVID has had an impact. I expected the current circumstances to have an impact but this is poorly managed. It felt like death by a thousand cuts as I received step by step updates making it feel like the order was dragging on and on and on. I would have like to have received an honest up front message just letting me know the overall lead time would be greater than advertised rather than initial silence and then being informed as the advertised lead time approached where my order was in the process and it inferred rather than advised that I would be waiting longer. This would have made me felt more looked after as your customer.
