am so glad I did as the picture I ordered was slightly different dimensions to what I was quoted from the gallery so it didn't fit the frame. I contacted PicFrames and they immediately sorted out the issue with no hassle what so ever. I now have a gorgeous, perfectly fitting frame in which to hand my picture.
