My frame was easy to design and order online and it arrived in good time but was warped (probably because it was a large, thin frame - over a metre wide). I reported the problem and quickly got a response that they would send a replacement and would use a thicker frame at no extra cost. I got no response to further emails but when I rang up the issue was handled well and I now have my new frame which is very attractive and I am very pleased with it. The price was good - just over half the price quoted by a local frame maker. However I'd be careful about ordering a frame of this size in the future.
