I cannot praise this company enough for their great service, I've just received my 5th frame and have been kept in contact of its progress from placing my order to delivery today, 14 days after placing my order. Impressive in these days of Covid 19 and lockdowns and the lead up to Christmas. All the frames have been delivered well packaged and to the exact dimensions I have requested (my embroidery projects are not standard sizes ) I just wish all companies gave the same quality of service.
