Couldn't fault PicFrames, even though there was a delay to the frame being delivered they communicated this was a personal tone and explanation. When my frame did arrive it had been damaged by the delivery courier, but I contacted PicFrames and they sent a new outer frame straight away to replace it. Excellent service, would order from here again.
