Excellent all round service. From starting the process it’s been a breeze. Personal communication to keep me up to date with my order, and informing me of a delay (which I hadn’t even noticed, to be honest!) was extremely impressive. Then the order itself, the frame was packaged exceptionally to avoid damage during transit and was of high quality upon inspection. Every attempt has clearly been made to ensure attention to detail in all aspects of my transaction from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier. My thanks to all the staff involved in my order.
