Good communication throughout the order process. Frame arrived well packaged and as expected. Quality good but I had to add a stabilisation string between the top and bottom edge as it sagged when the frame was hung on the wall. I think because it was a large frame and a smallish moulding. Just something to be aware of and would not be an issue with a smaller frame. Looks great on the wall.
