I purchased a frame fro zip frames because my usual picture framer was closed for the pandemic. It was for a gift so I was hoping it was going to be decent quality. It exceeded my expectations. I gave the measurements of the items I was framing and then chose my frame and mounts. Ordering was very quick and easy with a huge selection It wasn’t the quickest delivery but I knew it would be slower due to Covid and I wasn’t in a rush so I had no issue with this. The website clearly stated this. When it arrived the pacing was amazing and the frame was safe and sound. In fact, the packaging was so good I kept it to send the framed item to the recipient. All in all, I shall be using Picframes from now on as the frame looked every bit as professional as any I’ve had framed. I bought the brown tape and after putting that round the back the whole look was fantastic. Thank you for a fantastic transaction.
