Picframes were outstanding in their customer service. They kept me updated the whole way through to let us know what stage the frame making was at and it is such good quality - exactly what we wanted! I was very nervous that it would not fit the painting but it is perfect. The mount quality is exactly the colour and size I had envisioned.
