The picture frame arrived promptly and was well packaged. It is a lovely frame, just what I hoped it would be, but unfortunately there is a 1cm dent/gouge in one side of the frame. Not sure whether to look into returning it or just accept it. I wanted it to frame a cross stitch picture to welcome a new baby and time is of the essence! I have used pic frames before and always been pleased with the product.
