Very happy with the customer service. I ordered a huge frame. When it arrived the basic frame depth and backing board holders weren't strong enough for the size of the frame - it was too flimsy and was falling apart. I complained and the team got back to me immediately, offering to re-make the frame in a more sturdy format. I now have my frame and it's wonderful. Thank you.
