Totally impressed. I had a large engraving that I've carried around in a tube for about 25 years.. Thought it time (during lockdown, of course) to get a frame. So obviously I wasn't going to a shop. It's not a standard size and I found PicFrames website. It asked me all sorts of questions but also showed me what it meant using images - I'm not v good at numbers so this was really helpful. Also huge choice of mount colours and any size you want - again, it showed you on a diagram what it meant if you changed any of these measurements so you could see if it looked right or not. And finally - this was totally inspired - you can upload a photo of your picture and it shows you what your art and frame will look like together. So it's easy to see if you've made a good decision and whether paying an extra £10 would improve the look hugely or not at all... Great communication from them. Frame arrived in a box that had somehow come open but all was well inside - the "glass" is some sort of plastic, which was good as otherwise it wouldn't have survived and it makes it lighter.
