Was a bit dubious at first as the price was far better than others online. Frame arrived just over a week later and was exactly what we had been looking for. Good quality and well made.Found a small defect some days later so emailed pictures and short note to Mike who was quick to respond and offered to send a replacement. Would definitely use again
