We had this frame made to our dimensions, and it was duly delivered, albeit slowly (Covid, presumably). It was carefully packaged, but upon inspecting the frame, it must be said that the quality of the wood used, (natural barefaced oak), was not good! There were chips in it at two corners together with a rough finish, and rubbing your fingers over the surface, it was sharp, almost to the point of getting a splinter. Compared to the other sides butting up to it, there was quite a difference in wood quality. We are not very happy with this product. I suppose we can sand down the rough finish, but that doesn't fill the holes/chips. Considering the cost, this was not a good purchase.
