I was kept fully informed of the manufacture and delivery time. The frame is very nice and was well wrapped and protected. One small issue is that my picture did not fit into the frame and I had to cut some off it. I suppose it's better to trim rather than have the frame too big. However, I'm sure I measured accurately, so it would have been nice just to drop the picture in rather than messing about. Otherwise, very pleased.
