I received my picture frame last Friday and am delighted with it. It came as ordered and the photo that it is framing (large!) looks great in it. The ordering process was easy to use on the website and I liked the way you got an image of the frame & mount together to check that is what you wanted. You could also play about to choose which frame looked best. I had been warned, when ordering there would be a delay due to covid safety. It therefore arrived earlier than I expected.
