I ordered two frames, very excited to frame some of my paintings as I’ve just started painting again after 25yrs… On the first delivery both frames were damaged - probably through poor packaging - PicFrames words not mine. They replaced both frames without question and they arrived within a week. The larger of the two frames was yet again damaged. The small frame looked perfect. Customer services were once again very apologetic and very quick to try and rectify the issue. I received a third frame within 24 hours and this was perfect. However having now come to frame the pictures over the weekend, the smaller of the frames is a totally different size to the original order - I’d focussed on the quality and assumed it would be the same as size I’d ordered. So I now have five frames - but only one of which is usable!
