The service and quality is excellent and prompt . I am a joiner by trade so I know a good job when I see it ! The last frame we ordered was a rush job for a friends present, we ordered it on a Sunday evening my wife phoned on the Monday morning to ask if we could possibly have it by Friday and we received it first thing Tuesday morning.
