I ordered a bespoke frame from Picframes which was only 65mm x 180 mm. Once my order was being processed, I received a call from a member of staff double checking the sizes I required as the frame was very small. They then proceeded to produce my order and it was delivered shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the frame had been damaged during transit and had a significant dent on one side. I emailed Picframes with some photos of the frame and packaging and requested a replacement. Within in a week, I had a brand new frame (the packaging was very substantial!). Great service from Picframes and a lovely product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
