In the past 5 years I have brought 9 frames from PicFrames. The first being in 2016 and the latest being in 2021 and I'm disappointed in how the quality of the frames have decreased but the price has increased. The latest frame that I ordered in 2021, which is the same frame I ordered in 2016, arrived poorly put together (wobbly at the joints) and a small paint chip missing on the side. The better quality fame I brought in 2016 cost £28 and the poorer one in 2021 cost £48. Unfortunately in future I'll have to shop elsewhere.
