Easy to use site for ordering a bespoke size frame. Was given frequent updates about the status of my order. Stock delivery issues meant I chose a different frame so that I could get it sooner, the partial refund for this was sorted really quickly. Parcel was packed well to prevent damage. Really happy with the product.
