The frame arrived on schedule and the outer packaging was badly bashed with two great holes/tears in the cardboard despite the "fragile" tape on the outside. I expected the frame to be damaged or broken, but it was totally undamaged and unmarked. It fitted the picture exactly and looks really great. I'm very pleased with it. I will use PicFrames again.
