The excellent packaging first caught my eye when opening the parcel. Very good.
Then I saw the oak picture frame. It was so well made. The metre cuts were clean and butted together seamlessly.
I accidentally drilled through the frame and this company kindly allowed me to reorder just the frame which saved me money.
I will definitely use them again.
