Since 2017 I have had about 10 frames custom-made by PicFrames and I cannot fault them. There is a very wide range of frames available and the ordering process is fine-tuned to show you what the final frame, with the mount, and with the uploaded copy of the picture, will look like. The frames are made to amazing accuracy (less than a millimetre) and PicFrames have always kept me updated on the progress of the work. Their packing is excellent and I have never received a damaged frame. I have always found them friendly and helpful in my dealings with them.
