Exdellent service, kept me informed throughout the process. Surprisingly quickly made for a made-to-order frame. Very happy with the end product, I needed an odd, very specific size for an old photograph and it fits perfectly. The only minor problem, if it can be called that, is the hanging kit was too wide for the width of the frame so I had to use my own hooks etc, but I had spares already.
