I have rated the communication as POOR, simply because I have had no response to an issue. I ordered mounts for two pictures, each one with top and bottom mount. They arrived as promised within the stated delivery time. They are the right size and are exactly what I expected when I ordered. However the corner of one of the mounts was damaged in transit. I have sent a photograph to the email address and have also emailed directly from the PicFrames website. I received my order on Thursday the 29th of October and emailed immediately on receipt of the faulty item, but have as yet had no acknowledgement of my email. There was no answer on the Customer Service telephone, not even an answerphone message. I run a business myself and am very aware how important it is to keep in touch with my customers. I'm not sure where to go from here. I do want to order another mount but am wary of the lack of Customer Contact, which has put me off. I hope to hear from you now.
