The frame was just what I wanted, however the delivery service was rubbish: Here is a copy of my complaint to them and their reply: I want to complain about the service I have so far received. From all I can find on your web site you appear to be completely focused on "senders" rather than the receiving customer so I will be informing the sender of the service I have received and your response to this complaint, if any. The parcel was collected on 27/10 for delivery on 28/10 and I received a text to that effect but there was no delivery time. I could not be certain I would be in all day on 28/10 so I changed the delivery to 30/10. However on the morning of 28/10 I received a text saying the parcel would be delivered that day so I abandoned my other commitments (one of which was to see my GP) and stayed in all day. Bit it was not delivered and I received a text saying it could not be delivered as no one was in??? I checked on line tracking which said: 28 Oct 2015 10:40 Ipswich We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery; we left calling card number 83334646 !! I tired to phone on the 08448240501 number which web site said was open till 10pm but it was just an automated service saying the operator service was now closed and that parcel couldn't be delivered but it would now be delivered on 30/10. However on the morning of 29/10 I received another text saying the parcel would be delivered that day so I again abandoned all my other commitments (including my GP) and stayed in all day. Bit again it was not delivered and I received a text saying it could not be delivered as no one was in??? I checked on line tracking which said: 29 Oct 2015 10:40 Ipswich We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery; we left calling card number 83354365 !?!?! The text was sent out at 1851 so by the time I responded to it as the day before it was just an automated system and your calling centre was closed. I was concerned that the delivery was being attempted at the wrong address as no one had called here so I phoned this morning when I was assured that no attempts to deliver the parcel had been made... This meant I had wasted two days stuck at home waiting for a parcel that wasn't being delivered.. it makes a complete mockery of the idea of an hour delivery slot when we don't even know what day. I am now waiting for a text to tell me when it will be delivered as I am desperate to see my GP and if I don't see them today I may have to wait until some time next week. It is difficult to express my dissatisfaction over what has happened, but if you have any empathy I am sure you would understand how I feel. I await your explanation and some assurance that changes will be made to prevent such incompetent service in the future. (PS the matter I wanted to see my GP for turned out to be potentially serious. Such that when I did get to see them they fast tracked me for an urgent endoscopy and I am concerned that the delay may have effect on the outcome) Interlinks response: Good afternoon P Powel, Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry for delay in reply. I am concerned to hear that you have had mix messages about your delivery, I can see ask you did request this parcel to be delivered on 30.10.15 and out driver by mistake took it out for delivery, the delivery was then void off his rout. However you was not sent this information that the driver will not take place on that day, this is our system error and please accept my sincere apologies about this error. I am happy to see this has since been delivered and signed for today I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our delivery service. Kind regards Bella Interlink Team I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY TELEPHONE BILL FOR THE CALLS REQUIRED TO SORT OUT INTERLINKS MESS, OVER £20! IF I EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN I WILL BE CONTACTING THE SENDER. I DID NOTHING WRONG AND I HAVE TO WONDER IF ANY OF THAT £20 GOES TO INTERLINK. ITS DISGUSTING THE TIME WASTED, THE FRUSTRATION AND THE COST TO ME TO SORT OUT THEIR INCOMPETENCE. PERHAPS YOU MIGHT LET ME KNOW YOUR OPINION AND WHETHER YOU INTEND TO INFLICT THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND EXPENSE ON OTHER INNOCENT BUYERS.
