I have purchased 2 solid oak frames from Picframes. The 1st was a year ago and the frame was perfect. The 2nd frame was purchased a couple of months ago and had 2 faults: There was a 10mm split in the wood which I was able to repair using super glue and the finish was very rough on the front face but I was able to correct by this rubbing with wire wool. The first frame is hung in a private residence in Australia and the second is on the wall at home and the repairs have corrected the problems. I will use this supplier again. I have received favourable comments regards both frames.
