My two custom-sized frames arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The packaging is superb. Don't be alarmed by the apparent blue colour of the glass/perspex: it's just a protective plastic that needs to be peeled off. It helps keep the glass completely scratch-free. I'm delighted with my purchase and won't hesitate to use again when I need something else framed.
