Easy to order although actual colours of frames and borders are hard to determine exactly. I was wanting to frame a newspaper colum so it was a very long and very thin frame I was after therefore was a bit dubious as to how it would look.....but needn't have worried, it was perfect when it arrived and far cheaper than having it made locally which was why I was prepared to risk it. You get constant updates on order and delivery progress. Packing is very good and the quality of frame is excellent. Would use again and highly recommend.
