My frame was made and sent out in just a few days and I was given a choice of several local shops where I could collect it. I was kept informed of it's progress and told exactly when it would be ready to pick up. The packaging was excellent with no chance of damage under normal handling. The frame itself is beautiful, well made and my artwork fitted in it perfectly. The ordering process is very straightforward with a huge choice of designs and colours.
