I have had several frames from picframes and have never been dissappointed. The ordering process is straightforward and there is always someone helpful on the phone if you have questions. My latest purchase was a large black wood frame for a Beatles poster and it came in perfect condition and very well packaged. Prices are good compared with local framers and quality also.
