Easy to use website (viewing frames online is never going to be perfect but there is sufficient information to make an informed decision). The delivery times were easy to adjust once the item was despatched (good courier selection) and the packaging was snug and not wasteful - just enough protection. Frames fit perfectly and can't complain about the quality - the option to size the inserts / mounts meant that the prints could be mounted quite easily and the finish looks professional. Will be ordering more again. One observation is that the "glass" is actually plastic and - there is enough protection in transit to prevent scratching & the weight is kept down (when hanging) but just something to be aware of. Will be looking to see if I can get the proper glass next time. M
