The accuracy of frame manufacture is good.
The speed of manufacture is also good.
Communications regarding delivery are excellent.
My latest order was for a natural oak finished frame. The quality of the timber is however not good, one side has unsightly black grain - if three sides can be of good quality, why can't the fourth be selected to match? If I had time, I would have returned it.
