Very easy to place order online, I checked a few details by phone, was told the current delivery time (6 days) which they kept to exactly. Sadly the frame was damage in shipping, but on explaining this, it was replaced free of charge in 48 hours. Pretty impressive. I recommend Picframes for price and service.
