I ordered two frames from Picframes and realised that the 'Mounts' that I ordered were horribly incorrect. My own mistake.
I called Picframes the following day and spoke to an extremely helpful person who talked and guided me through the dimensions required for two new mounts. Needless to say, they arrived within a couple of days and perfect to within a 'mm'.
An all round fantastic service from Pivframes and good value for money. The frames chosen were perfect for the pictures we have mounted. I would highly recommend this business.
