I found the website really easy to use, after years finally got to put up some favourite prints properly mounted and in frames. They are now on the wall so we can enjoy them. I had a mixed order of different sized frames, some with mounts and some without. Unfortunately the order was sent with one of the mounts missing, but when I spoke to customer services they were very helpful. There was no quibble about this and the missing mount was sent out the very next day. I have used this company before and will definitely going back to them in the future.
