Impressed with the website and ordering process. Very slick and easy, nice to see your picture as it may look in the frame too.
However, the product does not match the promise. The frame I got is light and flimsy with no structure, as a result when hung it twists and bows and does not sit flush to the wall. Very disappointing and a lesson learned, something's you need to touch and feel to make sure they are right.
