This was a repeat order of a frame I purchased a year ago but couldn't find the original order details, a quick phone call and a copy of the original order was e-mailed to me so that I could check all details were the same. On delivery of the new frame there was a small problem, a quick phone call and all was sorted. Great customer service, a company I highly recommend.
