Easy to use web site, nice touch to allow upload of picture of item to be framed.
Great quality frame delivered in good time and well packaged.
Only drawback for me was that I stupidly put in the wrong dimensions somehow and have ended up with a frame that is twice the size I need.
Will have to order another one.
