This is the second time I have ordered from the company. Delivery service was excellent and kept me informed of when to expect the frame. I was not quite so pleased with my frame this time, as a corner was standing a bit proud. Also I think that for value for money the oak frames I chose last time were better. However, once my husband had varnished the frame with a clear matt varnish, it looked more expensive. I felt the making of the frame had been rushed. On a positive note, each time I have consulted the company on the phone for extra help, it has been given in detail and very clearly.
